William Neal, Principal at mcCallumSather, leverages over a decade of architectural experience, hands-on construction background and complementary technical degree to spearhead some of the firm’s most innovative projects.

William has experience with Design Build, Design Bid Build and Integrate Project Delivery (IPD) contracts, including design for residential, industrial, civic and transportation sectors. He is known for his ability to lead clients through complex regulatory, design and construction processes, supported by strong relationships with sub consultants, planners and urban design teams.

William is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, Member of the Royal Architecture Institute of Canada, and LEED Green Associate with the Canadian Green Building Council (CaGBC). He is licensed in Ontario and New Brunswick.
