On Dec. 1, Architect Drew Hauser and Mechanical Engineer David Riley, presented a webinar for the Canadian Green Building Council, sharing the story of what it took to realize the award-winning vision of a sustainable and innovative workspace within Hamilton’s historic Westinghouse HQ. mcCallumSather’s workspace won the CaGBC’s Green Building Leadership and Excellence Awards for Tenant Improvements in 2020. This presentation explored the deeper themes that informed this renovation process, the energy modelling and in-depth analysis that drove design decisions and the how the space as become an exciting and healthy environment that really reflects mcCallumSather’s mission and vision.
