The OmniaBio B project broke ground today in Hamilton, a significant milestone for McMaster Innovation Park and its tenant CCRM.
The ultra-fast-tracked project will be one of the first cutting-edge cell and gene therapy facilities in Canada. The project will span 119,000 sq. ft. over 3 stories and designed to exemplify sustainable design leadership in the laboratory sector. This phase of the project is focused on delivery of the core and shell. Its final design will feature clean rooms, specialized labs, offices and cGMP compliant manufacturing
