Project Architect – Healthcare Design

Reporting to and under the general supervision of the firm Principals, the Project Architect will fulfill an essential role in the office by working alongside the firm Principals to oversee healthcare and research projects from design through construction. This role involves working directly with clients, consultants, designers, and technical teams to prepare the necessary documents for the project. In addition, it requires active engagement within the firm to promote the culture and engage positively with all staff members. Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining client relationships is a key component of this position as well as facilitating the promotion of the firm with outside individuals and agencies. The position requires attention to detail, a proactive positive attitude, and excellent communications skills.


Intermediate Technologist

mcCallumSather is looking to enhance our production team with an additional intermediate technologist to assist the Product Document Lead on a multitude of creative projects. The successful candidate will be excited for the opportunity to work with the design and technical production teams in the development of detailed design and construction documents with a focus on providing high quality documentation. As a member of the team, the Intermediate Technologist will actively work on select projects alongside the Production Document Lead and act as a critical support to our technical team members including our outsourcing partners. Reporting to the Production Document Lead for deliverables, the Intermediate Technologist will fulfill an essential role in the office assisting in the preparation of contract documents, primarily utilizing BIM (Revit) to ensure a high level of quality, coordination and compliance with industry and the firms’ standards.


Senior Mechanical Engineer

Playing an important part in the design team, the Senior Mechanical Engineer is a team player with the ability to receive and execute instructions from the Lead Mechanical Engineer or Project Manager with minimal supervision. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will also provide guidance and delegate to junior or intermediate engineering staff.
