On Oct. 12, 2017, mcCallumSather, B+H and RDH were honoured to sit with our clients at Mohawk College and receive the Innovation in Sustainability Award from the CaGBC Greater Toronto Chapter, recognizing this team’s leading edge design of The Joyce Centre for Partnership & Innovation.
The annual awards program pays tribute to individuals in the green building industry, and projects throughout Southern Ontario “which go above and beyond the normal scope of sustainable best practices.”
The Joyce Centre for Partnership & Innovation, a net zero design and Pilot Project for the CaGBC Zero Carbon Pilot Program is an exciting representation of how using current technologies in new configurations can lead to significant energy savings. What is equally exciting was the caliber of projects competing in this category, a testament to the exciting advancements our province is making towards sustainable architecture.
