In a lavish expansion, palm trees and free-flying finches grace Hamilton’s 19th-century inspired Gage Park Greenhouse
Hamilton’s beacon of light and life – the Gage Park Greenhouse – undergoes a 1,300-square-metre expansion designed by sustainability experts McCallumSather.
One of the largest of its kind in Ontario and inspired by 19th-century teak greenhouses, the conservatory will flaunt eco-friendly mastery, including a sophisticated mechanical system set behind glass walls.
Bleacher-style seating beneath timber trusses is the perfect perch to observe 10-metre-tall palm trees, turtle ponds and a colony of free-flying finches.
