Surrounded by breathtaking views of the Dundas Valley, the Spencer, a 97,650 SF condominium building, will become a refined, boutique living experience. mcCallumSather began working with Sage Developments in 2019 on the architectural, mechanical engineering and interior design elements of the building, designing a property that seamlessly integrates into the natural vistas that surround it. Sitting on the Dundas escarpment and overlooking Spencer Falls, 4-storey Spencer Condominium has an estimated construction value of $13M, including amenity space and rooftop access.
The project’s scope has grown initially since our interior design team were retained in 2019, where we were engaged to assist in developing perspectives, renderings and selecting finishes. In early 2020, we were further engaged to take on the project’s full architectural and engineering scope. Working within the existing, approved footprint that our team inherited, our design team have transformed the building, making the most of the space on site and developing a timeless, modern experience for tenants within the proposed budget.
The project is currently in design development and has been issued for site plan coordination.
