We are delighted to announce the promotion of William Neal to the position of Principal. As an architect and project manager, William has been instrumental in the firm’s growth, providing guidance on some of the firm’s most complex and meaningful design projects.

“We value William’s deep knowledge of the profession, project management and passion for seeing opportunities in every challenge,” says Joanne McCallum, CEO. “It’s been exciting to watch as he builds lasting, trusted relationships with our clients, including both new contacts and those we’ve had relationships with for 25 years.”

Having joined mcCallumSather in 2016, William’s range of experience includes industrial, post secondary, transportation, municipal, large scale residential and hospice design.

His clients include multiple Fortune 500 companies including Proctor & Gamble; municipalities such as the Town of Whitby; institutions like Brock University and St. Joseph’s Villa; and a host of private developers. He has helped clients successfully navigate LPAT and MOHLTC processes; led engagement with multiple stakeholders and community groups; built new additions over existing structures; and worked with international teams through the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) framework.

After becoming an Associate in 2017, Will has taken an active role in the execution of the firm’s strategic plan. He has earned his Professional Project Management Certification, become a leader in the firm’s business development efforts and participated in multiple leadership programs. William is a member of the Royal Architecture Institute of Canada and the Ontario Association of Architects.

Please join us in congratulating William on this significant accomplishment.
